Student leadership
Pictured Above: Lake Elementary School was showcased at the Ohio School Boards Associa}on’s Student Achievement Fair in Columbus! Lake uses the
house system to create engagement, mo}va}on and posi}ve culture! This is a PBIS ini}a}ve, modeled a昀琀er the well-known Ron Clark Academy. Every
sta昀昀 member and student is assigned to one of the four houses. Throughout the year, students’ personal accomplishments (academic and behavioral)
are rewarded with points that collec}vely count toward their house. It allows Lake Elementary to build a school-wide community and create a culture
of belonging where every sta昀昀 and student is a part of something, while promo}ng a sense of healthy compe}}on and teaching students how to
contribute their e昀昀orts toward a group. #OnceACard! *Our Allied Health program was also featured in 2024.

>> The high school has specialized clubs and ac}vi}es aimed at raising awareness surrounding
mental health and bullying issues.
>> Each of the middle schools also has clubs for students to spread a message of kindness and
compassion throughout the school and community. Many of our an}-bullying ini}a}ves include peer-to-peer messaging, which can be a powerful tool. This is re昀氀ected in
